Hey @SamsungMobile, I have some feature suggestions for the upcoming Z Fold series that I believe could enhance the user experience.
1. Gesture-Controlled Volume Button:
A flat, gesture-sensitive volume button where users can slide up or down to adjust the volume, similar to how the power button integrates the fingerprint sensor.
The button could still be physically pressable for added flexibility.
Adding customizable single and double-tap actions (e.g., app shortcuts or quick commands) would make it even more functional.
2. Built-in S Pen:
Integrating an internal S Pen slot would solve a real issue for users like me who don’t like using phone pouches just to carry the S Pen.
Offering two versions—one with an S Pen and one without—could cater to different budgets and preferences.
3. Refined Camera Design:
The under-display camera (UDC) on the unfolded inner screen is fantastic and adds to the seamless design.
However, the visible hole-punch camera on the outer screen breaks the uniform aesthetic. It would be amazing if Samsung could introduce an under-display camera on the outer screen as well, creating a clean, uninterrupted look on both displays.
I truly believe these improvements would make the Z Fold 7 stand out even more and reinforce Samsung's leadership in foldable innovation.

Received my Fold7 1tb yesterday, early to boot, thanks Samsung! The phone is a masterpiece of engineering imo. Did notice some grease on the hinge after the first few open/close cycles, but I'm sure that's fine. Had every fold since the 3 and this phone makes my S24U feel like a clunky dinosaur. I will miss the s pen dearly, though. Next Ultra should be close to as this as this phone is while unfolded and retain the s pen support and bring back the Bluetooth s pen features, smh. I use the camera shutter control all the time, have an unopened S25U, but probably won't use it because of the lack of s pen features.
Here's the deal with the fold and other flagship phones though. With 16gb of ram and 1tb of storage, and the ability to have multi-sim setups, we should 1000% be able to use the native Android multi-user features that are missing from Samsungs One UI. I can set this up on my Samsung tablets, but not my phones. Very frustrating, especially as this phone costs more than a lot of laptops on the market and definitely has the computing power and space to do it.
Secure folder is okay, but I can't use smart switch to copy apps and settings over to the secure folder.
I'm sure there are many users like me, who roll with two phones. I'm sure Samsung loves the additional sales, too. I don't even want to get rid of the second phone, I just want to have a work and personal profile on both phones. That way, I can use apps and accounts on both phones, i.e. when one is on the charger and vice versa.
I don't know anyone who would actually share their phone with someone else, but adding profiles seems like an absolute no-brainer to me. Get with it yall.
