Fold & Flip PhonesThank you for confirming this step. If turning off the feature does not deactivate it, we recommend clearing the cache partition of the phone. This link from T-Mobile provides the steps: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/tutorials/topic/update-amp-backup/wipe-cache-partition/device/samsu...
The next step if the pop-up view is still active would be a factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If after resetting the phone, you continue to experience concerns with the pop-up view, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Fold & Flip PhonesHi Daniel, Welcome to the Community. We understand the pop-up view can be annoying. Have you tried going to Settings>Advanced Features>Multi window? Here you can toggle off Swipe for pop-up view.
Let us know if this helps.
