Yeah it can be a headache. I ended up hardly never calling Verizon unless something major is going on

Update they have to create a ticket to fix the error but it's on the carriers end. Something went wrong with the port in. They reprovisioned my account and it still didn't work so now I have to wait a week for the ticket...
