Fold & Flip PhonesHello babaflip6, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting screen issues are. For issues with lines or dead pixels, you can find some steps here that may help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001447/
This article provides information for cracked or bleeding screens. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002488/
When troubleshooting is not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. (If local centers are unable to repair the phone, ship-in service is offered.)
For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
If you purchased a Samsung Premium Care or Care+ membership with your device. You can find more information about this plan here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/
