Can somebody PLEASE fix the battery charge indicator? The new update has a terrible display for it..It is TINY SMALL AND SAYS HALF OF A NUMBER LIT UP??
Who would design such a thing? The battery condition is ThE most IMPORTANT status on the phone and I cannot imagine older people struggling to see this now..the whole top status bar is wayyy too SMALL!!! Please take a look at this..it was GREAT BEFORE..THANKS!
I don't know why they change something that's WORKING. The dynamic icon is too vague to accurately gauge the remaining battery. Adding the number OVER that doesn't help because it still obscures the number. At the risk of sounding "Get off my lawn", what was wrong with the old one?
They also removed the battery indicator I found most useful: the big circle that momentarily appeared when you plug in the charger. It wasn't persistent or obnoxious. It was very clear and large enough to see without needing your phone right in your face.
The remaining battery charge indicator is something that users use multiple times every day. It is hard to believe that they included such a bad design in their release. Also hard to believe that it was tested with users. Please Samsung fix this now!
YES!!! I tell you..my phone has been going all way down alot because I can't pay attention enough with this stupid problem..your exactly right give people the option at least!
I had not done anything in the various settings advanced or otherwise. I had heard the new system update was causing battery drain problems so I had delayed it. Updated yesterday and NOW.... fonts on the notification screen only have become almost unreadable, outlined in white on a grey background and the **bleep** battery TINY ! Yes I have to use reading glasses, and it has been fine until now. I have had to change my cover screen to a different wallpaper so that I can safely figure out the charging level....what a joke. Do they not test on users before they make their dumb-**bleep** changes...? I do not have the time or interest to spend on these stupid issues.....argh,,,,
