Dang man seems like it my not be eligible on carrier locked phones? Or only some carries are doing it maybe

Current Beta is eligible to T-Mobile and Unlocked devices (Unlocked device with corresponding SIM cards would work) but not for other carrier devices (say AT&T unlocked and inserted Verizon SIM card).
