5G Data/Cell Service Frequent Disconnects

Ever since the last update I've had this issue, although my phone shows service in the top right the 5g/data either completely goes away or it says E which is just as bad.
I have done all the troubleshooting that I can with my carrier (including network refresh) with no change, just temporary fixes. 
I'm pretty sure this is related to the beta and not my service (my husband's phone is fine).
Currently I need to either turn off/on airplane mode or restart my phone to get service back.
Logs have been sent for this issue, just hoping maybe someone else has a suggestion as this is starting to get frustrating.

Having the same random issues since the last update. T mobile user here . Random call drops, internet slow despite full bat 5g uc icon. Toggling airplane mode on and off temporarily fix the issue. Call drops are hard to diagnose, but happens more often if using a Bluetooth device to make the call.

I ended up factory data resetting my phone and it got better. The data stays all the time now except for when I make outgoing calls.
