However, I did like the the new Qualcomm one But without the NPU being able to be written to after purchase and with Windows 11 on it. I Actually, downgraded the 360 to Windows 10 and preferred much better. It's a much nicer experience. My hardware iss not being hammered or my SSD being brutalized with all the background processes constantly.

If I buy a new computer from Samsung, I would like to know that first, the boot loaders not being locked by windows. That Windows is not the primary OS. I can choose the OS I like, and I'm not answering 25 interrogations screens just to use a laptop, I might pay over $2000 for. Did anybody get the Qualcomm? And how's the experience?

Nothing you said above makes any sense.  But, from what I can gather, you want to know that if you buy a new  Samsung computer, you will will be able to load an alternative operating system on it. What OS? Linux, a downgrade to Windows 10?    I don't know what you are getting at with  your title about adding drivers to the BIOS, as all Windows computers come with the proper drivers for the hardware components.  Any other drivers can be downloaded from the appropriate source.  However, if you don't want to run Windows on your computer, buy a computer that does not come with Windows.
