I've already updated the firmware to 1009.0, installed Easy Setting Box, updated the G9 drivers and my 7900xt's drivers as well. I can't get the screen to run at 240hz, I got it to work once but now I'm stuck at 120hz. Every video, forum post, and reddit thread all say to set the resolution and refresh rate in the monitor's menu. I don't have those options. I have basically nothing in the menu just Game, Picture,PIP OSD System and Support. Game just lets me turn FreeSync on or off. Picture lets me change brightness and Contrast. I can also change the Picture Mode but that really does nothing useful. Picture in Picture is self explanatory along with the rest.
I see videos and pictures of people with full menus that let them control EVERYTHING, and I don't have any options to fix the issues I have. Updating everything didn't fix anything. Is my monitor messing up? Did I just buy the wrong monitor or something?
