ComputersI would suggest contacting one of the many Samsung service centers to get it repaired

ComputersI believe you might still need to contact the service department

ComputersOh, I'm sure you do, they don't have telepathy. I was just pointing out that going to the service center is not really necessary, especially if one is not convenient to you.

DIY. YouTube it. It's broken so watch a teardown guide. Samsung will charge you a couple hundred more if you don't have insurance than just buying a panel off eBay, double checking the broken one to match the model # and you will save yourself some money. Just like my granddad told me. If it's broke, just fix it or learn how if you cant. Don't trust a trillion $ company to fairly charge I'm sure he would say if he was still around. I fix my own stuff. I refuse to send in my device and wait 2 weeks to see if I get back a compact fragile overpriced laptop that broke the bank.
Love you Samsung but fr. We don't want everything built like MacBook pros where fixing it is more than a new one
