I have a persisting issue with my Samsung Galaxy Book Pro laptop.
When the laptop goes into standby mode and the screen goes black OR if I shut my laptop lid (after pausing a video on YouTube or the internet), it will cause the laptop screen to not turn back on. I can left click and use the keyboard buttons to allow the video I was just watching to play, however the screen will remain black.
I have to restart it by holding the power button down for 10s each time. This is a daily occurrence, as is becoming very frustrating. This issue first began ~4 months ago.
I have everything up to date with the latest updates, and even gone into BIOS to make sure that's up to date. I have changed 'Lid & Power Button Controls' to 'Do Nothing'. I've had this problem with and without the charger in. My laptop's battery never dies (goes to 0%). Theses fixes have not sorted the problem.
I'd be extremely grateful if anyone has any answers to this problem!
