My Samsung Galaxy Book Pro x360 Laptop is heating from the bottom, and the fan is running at full speed on my common uses, such as Chrome and YouTube. Any solution???

From the description you have put it doesn't seem like it is overheating, your laptop depending on the environment will get hot as CPU temps range from 30c to 70c depending on the use and cooling.
