My laptop is only 3yrs old and kept in excellent condition but it won’t even charge red light keeps flashing, tried the charger that came with the laptop and my Samsung mobile charger both working but nothing with the laptop, any advice please as it’s not acceptable that a premium quality laptop should be doing this.
