ComputersHi everyone,
I’m Mark Pousee, and I’m facing a strange issue with my Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 (16-inch, Windows 11 Home). Right after installing the August 2025 Windows update, the touchpad stopped working entirely — no cursor movement, no clicks, not even gesture recognition.
I’ve already tried:
- Toggling the touchpad on/off in Settings
- Checking the function key shortcut (F5)
- Reinstalling the Samsung Precision Touchpad driver
- Rolling back the Windows update
Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Has anyone with the same model experienced this? Was it driver-related or a firmware glitch? Any step-by-step fix would be a huge help.
Thanks in advance!
Mark Pousee

ComputersYes, I'm having the same issue as well. Did the same steps to try and fix. Touch pad still isn't working.

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying a factory reset on the laptop to fix the issue. You can use the link below to help do this. I would recommend making a backup of any important information. Please let me know if this helps!
