Galaxy Book3 360 keys stop working

Keys J K L and Return (Brazilian ABNT2 layout) randomly stops working. Sometimes, pressing them really hard will input the key, sometimes only lightly pressing them, most of the times they simply do not respond at all. Anyone going through similar issues?

Can you try switching to another language and confirming if the keys are infact damaged or not. If you do and they still dont work please schedule an appointment at a Samsung Experience store.
