Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, 13", 512GB Touch Pad Not Working

The touch pad stopped working.  It shows no mice or pointers in devices.  getting windows code 10 host controller.   This is a 2 week old device.  Any help please. Thanks.

It will not update the sound driver. It will make it to 68% them go back to showing only 25%.  I have been tryig for the last 3 hours and it will not finish the sound driver.

The sound driver is 771mb. Not sure the problem.

I need this to work bad as I just started college.

U can try restarting your modem so that u get better speed. I usually unplug mine for 30 secs then connect the power cord to restart

I have already rebooted modem earlier. Speedofme shows I'm getting 570mbs.

I've had this issue only because Microsoft saves your last data from your old device which affects the hard drive. But with these new PC they will fix itself. It takes Time to assure all updates are installed

Not sure why that driver is so slow and wonky. The other drivers loaded and installed in 30 seconds.

I tried deleting and rebooting the I2c HID Device. That seens to be stopping the touchpad from working. It always shows I have the latest I2c HID Device driver but I get a code 10 and it won't start.
