Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, 13", 512GB Touch Pad Not Working

The touch pad stopped working.  It shows no mice or pointers in devices.  getting windows code 10 host controller.   This is a 2 week old device.  Any help please. Thanks.

I feel this must be a hardware issue and I'm sending it in for repairs. Thanks for the help.

I’m restoring my flex. I also have the same driver problem. have you sent it for repair?.

Did u resolved the issue with your track pad on your PC? I just wanted an update on that.
