I am having issues with my Chromebook 4. It's blinking green when I try to charge it and the screen is not turning on. I tried to the steps for a reboot but with the power +ESC+resfresh button but that didn't work. There is also no hole at the bottom of my Chromebook to put a paperclip into. What can I do to fix this issue?
I understand how frustrating a power issue can be. Could you please try holding the power button for 15 - 20 seconds to see if anything different happens?
