One UI7 improved everything, yes, but now my A54 5G gets hot when I'm doing nothing, or I'm listening to music or I'm just not using it, and taking into account that I use Good Guardian with everything at a minimum and its limitations activated, and it still gets hot.

You have to do this after every software update! It cleans your phone from junk files.
It doesn't reset any settings. It should help with overheating.

Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.
