A Series & Other MobileI have an a16 5G phone that has been messed up since updating to UI7. I get some wifi and very erratic if not zero mobile connectivity. Prior to the update I had no issues whatsoever with connections and strength of reception. I have tried all the various fixes short of a factory reset, to no avail. I am beyond frustrated and was hoping that someone might just suggest what worked for them. Do you think this is a situation of having to wait for a future update?

A Series & Other MobileBoth Wi-Fi and LTE/5G link drop & reconnect every 30โ60 s on any network (home Linksys MR6350, office enterprise APs, public hotspots, even pure mobile data). Connectivity Labs log loops: TRY_TO_CONNECT โ DHCP โ CONNECTED โ DISCONNECTED While โconnectedโ: RSSI โ โ60 dBm @ 5 GHz CH36 (80 MHz), PHY rate 433 Mb/s โ then radio firmware resets. Mobile icon toggles 5 G โ ร โ 5 G in the same rhythm. Speed-tests stall at 0โ0.1 Mb/s; apps report โNo Internetโ; OTA downloads pause indefinitely.
Root cause (per logs):
The radio firmware is caught in a continuous re-association/renegotiation cycle (likely a botched BSS-Transition or bearer reset in the new One UI 7.0 โIntelligent Connectivityโ code).
Iโve attached my full Wi-Fi + modem logs-please review and push this up the chain at Samsung, so they can issue a radio-driver hot-fix
Iโd strongly encourage everyone with this issue to file feedback in Settings โ Help โ Send feedback (Networking/Wi-Fi) and attach your Wi-Fi & modem logs. The more reports they get with identical logs, the faster Samsung can push a radio-driver update in their next build.
Thanks!

A Series & Other MobileI highly recommend avoiding this update like the plague. It basically made my A16 5G WiFi useless beyond 25'. I had to locate and download official Samsung One UI 6.1 and flash it to my phone to get it back to proper working order. With 6.1 my WiFi auto-reconnects and works from 130' from my AP.
Samsung should see a class action lawsuit for pushing this update to our phones, destroying our WiFi usability and then having the nerve to have customer support tell me I "may need to get closer to the WiFi access point than before". Thanks for nothing, Samsung.

A Series & Other MobileAlso seeing really bad WiFi operation on my A16 5G phone. I'm certain this is all software problems because when it's actually connected it works fine. Just getting the initial connection it messed up.
