i dont have any other profiles nor have duel messenger enabled nor any options for multiple users.. also now i can't put any apps to sleep, whats going on here? any feedback would be immensely grateful!@
You may have a cloned app that is malicious /malware. Go into device settings > apps > locate any duplicate apps from the list and uninstall the ones you dont recognize or any unnecessary ones.
Go to device settings > security and privacy > app security > App protection > scan phone for suspicious activity.
