A Series & Other Mobile"Other" data is data that's not classified and usually contains the temporary files that come with app caches, browsing data, etc. Some of it is also reserved temporary space for app workspace (like Windows' swap file). You can reduce it slightly, but not eliminate it by clearing out app caches. OMG it's 2.34 GB taken on your phone, it is not going to make a significant difference. You should always keep 10% of your drive space free anyway, as that reserved temp space can expand and contract. It's also space where your apps land while they are being installed or updated.

A Series & Other Mobile32GB is not a whole lot of drive space these days. it looks like even putting an SD card in won't save you very much space, since 1/3 of your space is taken up by apps and another third by the operating system. You can't run apps off an SD card, so you would only be able to use it to store your music and photos.
You might want to consider uninstalling apps you don't use frequently. You can reinstall them when and if you need them.
