Won't connect to helmet

Can't get my a14 to connect to my outrush helmet can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hello bluetoothhelmet, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with wanting to connect your helmet to your device.

The most common way to connect Bluetooth devices to your phone or tablet is through the Settings menu. Just make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and then pairing a device will be easy. 

To turn on Bluetooth, navigate to and open Settings on your phone or tablet, and then tap Connections. Tap Bluetooth, and then tap the switch to turn it on.
