Wi-Fi keeps switching bands

I have noticed after the update to UI 7.0 my wifi goes to 5 or 6 and sometimes can't decide which band to use. I have Eero router. My phone always stay in 6 band on wifi and now it switching bands often.

I could be off but I think the wifi number refers to wifi 6 or wifi 7 band

Same on 23 plus, very unstable wi fi, keeps on dropping. Did all troubleshoot and nothing. Samsung needs to fix this please. I don't want to change my phone to oneplus13
