Why can't I access the top bar of my screen? Please help

If you're trying to access the quick panel, pull down on the top right of the screen.

To get your top row of quick settings back:

- Pull down on the top right of the screen
- Tap the pencil icon
- Select "panel settings"
- Select "together"
