A Series & Other MobileHey @Arosh!
I hope you are doing well. When playing your game, are your 2 fingers touching or covering the Proximity Sensor that is usually at the top edge of the screen, often near the selfie camera or earpiece? That can also cause your screen to turn black if that sensor is covered.
You can check out this link here that provides more details about the proximity sensor on your Samsung phone.
Please let me know if you still need any assistance. ๐

A Series & Other MobileIt sounds like your Samsung A-series device is experiencing GPU or display driver throttling when gaming, which often results from thermal limits, resource contention, or aggressive power management kicking in. In real estate tech, especially when showcasing high-end visuals like 3D tours or AR property walkthroughs, device performance matters just as much. Lag, black screens, or dropped frames can degrade user experience when clients view virtual tours or interactive floor plans on mobile. Ensuring optimized media formats, adaptive resolution handling, and thorough testing across devices helps deliver smooth, professional property presentations that maintain engagement and drive conversions.
