Visual Voicemail issue

I have the Samsung Galaxy A12.  Visual voicemail app is on the phone but not working.  I've been unsuccessful in locating an update for the app or a replacement app.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Who is your carrier? Some carriers have their own VVM apps, and some of those may work with other carriers.
