A Series & Other MobileHello, Welcome to the Community! We understand how annoying it is for your phone not to vibrate.
In this article, we will guide you through various troubleshooting steps to help you restore your phone’s vibration function: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/solutions-for-when-your-galaxy-phone-wont-vi....
Should it turn out these steps do not work, a third-party application may be to blame. In this case, Safe mode can help rule that out. Use this guide for Safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
If vibration works in Safe mode, then uninstall the offending third-party application(s) until proper haptic feedback is restored.
You can also use the Diagnostics section under the Support Tab in the Members app to test the hardware.
Lastly, if the vibration/haptic feedback is still not working in Safe mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. First, back up everything you can (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/) then try a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
