My Galaxy A15 isn't letting me use the Visual Voicemail app through Samsung. Anyone else having this issue?

My wife's brand new S24+ would not do visual voicemail with our cell phone carrier. That's their explanation anyway. My new A35 worked fine. You do have to call your carrier and make sure they have visual voicemail turned on. But still had to download a 3rd party app (like YouMail) for it to work on this brand new phone.
Maybe someone else has a different fix? I'm not completely happy with YouMail.

My phone suddenly decided I should enter a password to get my voicemail. I never set up a password.. and cant find a way to get at&t to help. Im about ready to do a factory reset on tjis phone..

Me too switched from straight talk to consumer cellular visual voice mail will not work. Pisses me off. I'm not going back to ancient voice mail, press hold 1 type in password then hear you have 3 new voice mail first voice mail sent today 413pm from phone number 888=888=888 I'm **bleep** should of never switched, yep i pay less and got less
