My notifications in the notifications panel cannot be swiped away and most of them don't display any information, for example messages app doesn't display who the message is from like it used to. Please fix this!!
Is it all notifications or messaging? If it's messaging, ? Check the app and make sure PREVIEW IIS ON. Try restarting your phone. Wipe the partition cache, Don't hat by powering phone off, (I just hit restart, then immediately hold power button and vol up button at the same time until you see the recovery mode screen. Vol down to you see wipe catch partition. Pishbpower button. Takes 1 second. Bottom of screen with show it done. Then it'll show reboot system push power button again and it'll restart.
It's not. It's something that should be done frequently and after all updates it wipes all the TEMPORARY data stored on the cache partition n. It does NOT do anything to your personal data. It can help performance and glitches
