I recently went on a rant saying I thought Samsung trade in program was a scam because I traded in a tablet in exceptional shape and working condition and after my purchase and trade in I was notified the port didn't work which to this day I still disagree with because it worked when I sent it in, however, I was sooo upset because I take great care and pride in my Samsung products and own many of them but unfortunately can only buy when I can put together a great deal. After chatting with customer service I felt satisfied that they were going to help me dispute my issue but never heard back within the time frame they told me but as of today about 2 weeks or more later I finally received my refund and now feel much happier that I can an say I will continue to stay a Samsung customer. I would like to say thank you to Samsung for what I feel was making a wrong right. I love all of my many Samsung products and recently purchased the S9 tablet and S24 FE phone, this is my 3rd tablet and by far the best one so far also I went from and old dinosaur flip phone to this one which was much easier to switch to at 57 years old because I'm use to android so the transfer was easy. Again, Thank you Samsung.
