Think someone is accessing my phone remotely

At times it sounds like someone is talking through my phone when it's on table or when I'm using Bluetooth earbuds. Does anyone know how that could be possible or prevented?

Think my mom had this same issue phone was in her pocket at time trying to remember the cause but not sure first option is rin the diagnostic test in settings than device care

I tried both of them but didn't seem to help. It's driving me nuts

Lets try a soft reset to clear cache press the side power button and volume down button at same time should be few seconds before it restart

Only other thing I found is talk back feature

I have McAfee software. If you have it for your computer, you should be able to use that license on several of your electronics
