The new battery icon needs to GO!

Some things work. Changing the battery icon was unessary and stupid. Now I can't see the percentage., so here is a groundbreaking idea, change it back, or give us users the option to change it back.

What's wrong with the time?  It shows the time the same way it always has.  On my phone, anyway.  Plus I have a clock and weather widget on my home screen.
