A Series & Other MobileExpanding on what @CEParsons said, not only do external devices exist, internal drives are much larger than they had been when the SD cards were necessary. Also, the headphone jack is gone and not coming back. As a matter of fact, more manufacturers are eliminating it and one can buy an adapter if they still want to use wired headphones. They make adapters for if you just want to convert the USB port to a headphone jack, or dual adapters so you can use the USB port at the same time you are using your headphones. You can also buy USB-C wired headphones.

A Series & Other MobileTrue, companies exist to make money. Fortunately, with the pace of consumer electronics, one can often find BT headphones at a comparable price to wire earphones. Just looked and saw both of these items (bt earphones and adapter) available on Amazon haul for $5 and $3, respectively.

A Series & Other MobileI know - expecting that response. I was going to add "before you say you shouldn't have to buy an adapter..." but changed my mind. I also suggested just buying a pair of USB-C headphones. If they are still using 2.5mm headphones, they need an upgrade anyway.

A Series & Other MobileYouโre not alone a lot of people still prefer expandable storage and the headphone jack for flexibility and reliability. hopefully samsung considers keeping these features in future models.

A Series & Other MobileThey are gone, dead and buried, not to be resurrected; so don't hold your breath. You can still use wired headphones, you just have to purchase either an adapter or a USB-C pair. These have been gone for at least 5 years now, why is everyone just waking up now?
