I just did a system update on my samsung galaxy A53. Now it plays ringtone in my ear when I answer a call or make a call. It was not doing that before update.
It's supposed to do that. I don't know why it wasn't doing it before, but when you connect buds or a headphone via BT, or external speakers, all audio comes through them.
