On the lockscreen bar, my phone shows that I'm getting a call from Snapchat at all times of the day. Once I click on it and open Snapchat, I join a call with no people and I promptly leave the call. Upon doing so, my phone constantly thinks I'm on a call, so things like voice input stop working while the volume buttons keep assuming I'm on call. I need this fixed ASAP because it forces me to restart my phone every time.
This would be a Snapchat issue. My advice would be to uninstall the app. If you actually use the app, then reinstall it. If that does not work, you would need to get in touch with the Snapchat developers. Maybe they didn't update their app.
