SmartTags2 - cant add them to my new phone

My samsung phone was damaged beyond repair. I've logged into an old Samsung phone with my samsumg account but it can't seem my SmartTags?

When I try added my SmartTags I get a message to say the tags a linked to another account and I need to log into that account and remove them first.

I'm logged into that account and I CAN'T SEE THE TAGS?

I've tried a factory reset on the tags, but this doesn't seem to help
