Screen doesn't wake up from lockscreen often times on my Galaxy A52 4G

Hi,

I have been experiencing issues with my phone for the last 2 weeks. My phone doesn't respond to touch (double tap to wake up) or lockscreen button most of the times. It responds after multiple attempts and at random intervals. 

Is there any active bug reported for this issue?

Your Galaxy phone’s or tablet’s touchscreen is the main way of navigating your device, so we understand how worrisome it can be when the touch function isn’t working properly. However, there are some simple ways to get the touchscreen working again when it’s frozen, unresponsive, or acting funny: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01213974/

If you cannot adjust the sound on your device using the Volume keys or turn off your device with the Side key, you need to first identify whether it is a software or a hardware issue. If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
