Samsung selling used phones

Samsung is deceiving thier customers by selling them used phones in New packages putting on store shelves. I know I just bought one . Paid $150. For a used phone in New package at Walmart in Lynchburg, VA.

Several stores including Walmart sell restored, refurbished, and pre-owned phones. These are all listed openly on the store websites. Are you sure you didn't just click on the wrong listing by mistake when you ordered your phone?
