A Series & Other MobileYou give precious little information. Is this a track from your personal downloaded music or from a streaming app? If it's your own personal music download it may be, as was mentioned above, the wrong format or DRM protected (meaning you can only play it on the device it was originally downloaded to), or the file could be corrupted. If it's a streaming app, the fault likely lies with the streaming service. Are you getting this error on all the tracks you try to play or a particular track? The more details you give, the more likely someone is to give you a solution. Do you go to the doctor and just say, "I don't feel well", or do you give more detail so you can get a diagnosis?
