I just got my samsung Galaxy a36 5g and when I downloaded the members app this is what it's saying every time I open the app

Where did you purchase your phone?

Does the model end in a U or a U1?

You can check the model code in settings about phone!

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the confusion with receiving the notification "Samsung Members is not supported in this region".

Here are some troubleshooting steps to consider: 

1.) Please ensure that you don't have an active VPN that you are utilizing, as this could be spoofing your location causing the error to occur. 

2.) Make sure that your software is completely up to date:

3.) Ensure your member's application is the latest version. You can always delete the app and reinstall it as well. 

 

Additionally, please note that if your device is rooted or you have edited specific developer settings, this can also cause the application to malfunction, and the only way to fix it to work properly will be a software reflash. You can visit a local Samsung Experience shop or walk in center to get a reflash performed. Https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
