Has anyone had any problems with Samsung cloud. I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I saved everything on cloud and when I went to restore my phone everything restored except for my text messages. Customer support sucks
Sorry, my bad I just looked. My Samsung account said my messages were last backed up last night. See what your account says. Make sure the slider is on for backing them up. If yours didn't get backed up, the slider may have been off. Accounts and backup/Samsung account/backup data. Make sure all the sliders are on. If they were backed up do the testore process again.
