Samsung app selector notifications keeps popping up Galaxy A13

After last update Samsung App Selector keeps popping up Notifications. When I close it, another one pops up. How can I disable this app or make sure I get no App Selector notifications? It's extremely annoying.

I found answer. Hold finger on the notification symbol at top of screen and a menu will pop up where you can turn off notifications
