My a36 was working perfectly until this last update now it runs like before, I'm thinking of selling this phone.

After the update did you clear the phone cache to remove all of the left over junk that will cause the device to run bad sometimes

Turn off the device.
• Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
• When the Android logo appears, release all three keys.
• Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
• Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition.

• Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
• Press the Power button to confirm the action.

Its funny because after I made this statement my phone started acting completely normal, could have just been a hacker that didn't want to be caught by Samsung

The auto optimization feature is optional i tend to clear phone cache after getting monthly update and photos or othervfiles as needed to clear space

Not sure if you mean the cache for the playstore or galaxy store but I clear those from time to time and other apps sometimes a app update can cause a glitch but rare

Only problem I've had was One UI7 not responding. Freezing up then it reboots.sent feedback to Samsung, they are aware of the issue and will notify when an update is available
