My Phone Glitches out and then kicks me out of an app while in the process of using it... I don't know what to do... I need some advice...

What phone? 

What OS/UI? 

Does it happen with all apps or just specific apps? 

Under what circumstances?

Did you just have an update.  Have you tried clearing the phone's cache partition?  Rebooting into safe mode?  If you reboot into safe mode and the condition doesn't replicate, it's likely some third party app is interfering.

I'd suggest wiping the Cache partition to see if that helps 

Here's a step-by-step guide (buttons can vary slightly by model, but this is the common method):
  • Power Off: Turn off your Samsung device completely. 

Enter Recovery Mode:

  • Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power/Side key (or Bixby key) together. 
  • Release the buttons when the Android logo or Samsung logo appears. 
  • Navigate: Use the Volume Down button to scroll down and highlight "Wipe cache partition". 
  • Select: Press the Power/Side button to select it. 
  • Confirm: Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power/Side button to confirm. 
  • Reboot: Once the process is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the Power/Side button to restart your phone. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This process removes temporary system data, improving speed and stability, and is safe for your apps and files.

I don't know what to do on an A16... if the way to go into recovery mode is different from the other samsung galaxys...

Is it, or are you just having trouble? It's a bit tricky. The A16 shouldn't have a different method.
