I bought the A15 phone in May last year I had to travel and had to change company 2 month before I completed 1 yearbut I pay 130.dollars to have the phone, then I paid 50 usdollars monthly. 

I want to use the phone and the comoany does not want to unblock it for me to use it intwrnationally

Carriers have set amount of time of use and or active service for unlocking you will need to see what your carrier policy is

The thing is that in the country to where I was traveling they don't have service

Think carriers offer a plan like internal pass or similar name for use outside the us for service may look into that

@icelady Sorry but no one here can help you directly. You need to contact the carrier that you bought the phone from. They are the ones that will be able to unlock it.

The carrier will unlock it if you pay off the balance owed for the phone. Otherwise they can sell you an international plan or temporarily unlock i so you can add a foreign SIM. Who is your carrier?

I had no service once and then I went to t-mobile and got a new Sim Card
