Hi. Phone normally notify me when I recieved stickers or plain text, but when I recieved only photos or videos there is no sound notification or Badge on Viber icon. This problem has been going on since I've had this phone, for about four months and several versions of Viber in that time. I literally tried everything I could find on the internet to solve this problem but nothing helps. I installed WhatsApp where everything works as it should with the same phone settings. Thanks for any suggestions. Android 14, Samsung A35 5G.
Hi, have you checked notifications settings? Make sure these apps are allowed. If you have, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also contact their support, see if other hand this issue.
I reinstalled it several times, tried both the Play Store and the Galaxy Store, but always the same problem. Viber support offers general solutions that I have already tried...
Is there anyone with the same phone who can tell me if Viber is working correctly with regard to the mentioned notifications.
