A Series & Other MobileI bought my Samsung A34 in 2023. and was using a 25 watt samsung charger with the c-type cable that came with the phone. Now the phone is not charging up, checked the charger and cable it is charging other device but the phone is not getting charged, tried to charge with a laptop, but still not able to charge.
the phone is showing a temperature icon on the shutdown screen.
What is the issue here? and can it be resolved. when i searched online this has been reported in older phones as well. Seems like the team at samsung does not care about this issue.

the worst part is samsung call center is not able to retrieve my bill with my oder ID. I Purhased ot on my samsung shop online.

A Series & Other MobileYour receipt would be irrelevant now anyway, as the phone is out of warranty. If you purchased it on Samsung Shop using your Samsung account, your invoice should be in your account. Whether support can access it, is another story. i download all receipts, no matter how insignificant and keep it in a "receipt" folder on my computer (I'm obsessive that way), and keep all receipts for anything I still own. If you don't have a computer, you should make a folder on your phone or in your email for them. You can clean it out once a year or so if the folder takes up too much space.
