Samsung A16 disable dual sim

Ihave A16 samsung and in my about phone Sim card section it says use dual si

 And it says Sim 1 and my number but says Sim 2 number unavailable but has an imei and serial number so. I'd there 2 Sims and can I turn off dual sim?

If you do not have a second SIM active (no second phone number), then SIM 2 is not "on". It would only be on if you added a second line
