Popup stays on screen for several minutes

Whenever I do something such as delete an email or emails or i set an alarm in Alarm Clock Beyond or I use my apartment package software, etc. a notification about what I just did stays on my screen for about 4 or 5 minutes. I cannot get rid of it. The only software that I have notification for is Alarm Clock Beyond. However, that app is acting the same way when I set an alarm.

If you are having an issue with a specific app, you will need to contact that app's developer to resolve the issue.

This issue is caused by a phone setting (see my reply to OP) . My phone has always been set at the default delay time and never caused any problems, but I've seen several posts from users whose phones have the delay set too long for some reason.

I had considered this, but interpreted OP's post to mean that the long-lasting toast notification only occurs for the specific app mentioned.

@kschelte can you clarify, is the issue occurring for all apps or only "Alarm Clock Beyond?" Do you have it set to the longer duration as @Popsicle20 suggested?

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't realize that it was all the same app. I thought the functions were three separate apps.

Thanks for the clarity. Did you check and adjust the time to take action in accessibility settings?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action. (It's near the bottom of the screen).

Choose a short option.
